About Breaking Load Apparatus (Microcontroller Based)
Application of Breaking Load Apparatus. This instrument is determining the load require for breaking the lipstick. The lipstick is holed horizontally in the chuck provided. A vertical rod having a V shape hook travels downward at a constant speed and presses the lipstick till it breaks. A digital display is provided to measure the breaking load. The highest load value is locked in the display. All safety measures have been provided to protect over travelling of hook.
